Focused & Evidence-Driven Instructional Coaching

Coaching support is designed to help great teachers become great coaches. With a combination of one-on-one collaboration and in-class, real-time coaching, coaches are able to focus their attention on areas of greatest impact. Coaches are also trained to monitor their own impact on student achievement.

In addition to ongoing professional development, one of the best ways to ensure sustainability in a school is to invest in those directly supporting teachers.

As an instructional coach, Dr. Price has helped me grow tremendously. From the introduction into instructional strategies, to the progression of relationships with teachers, to the utilization strategies of qualitative/quantitative data, Dr. Price has taught me a great deal. I would have to say that the element of tying my work with student achievement has helped me gain a clear focus in my building. Dr. Price’s insights and “hands-on” approach allowed her to “see” the issues (up close and personal) in our building. Therefore, she was able to tailor her support in an a manner that most suited the needs of our teachers/students/ and coaches.
